How do I know that my donation is supporting people with disabilities?
CBM has a rigid framework in place - involving partner organisations and regional offices - to ensure your donation is used to support people with disabilities.
Donations are channelled directly to the projects through our partner organisations, all of whom (like CBM) have had to fulfil requirements to qualify for this role.
Regional Offices (responsible for a number of projects) perform an additional supervisory function on every partner and project. This not only provides an extra 'check', but also adds a much greater degree of local knowledge to the managerial tier of the structure.
