Lars Bosselmann is Advocacy Manager at the EU Liaison Office of CBM. In that capacity, he covers the inclusion of persons with disabilities in general development policies and processes at the EU level (e.g. the Millennium Development Goals). He is Co-chair of the Concord Taskforce on the EU Multi-Annual Financial Framework (the 7-year EU Budgetary framework). Since October 2008, he is also member of the steering committee of the Policy Forum of Concord, the confederation representing European NGOs for relief and development.

Lars is a German national who speaks fluent English and French as well as his native German. He holds a university degree in political science with a specialisation in European integration and international relations.
