Narmine Sindaha comes from Jordan and has been working with CBM since July 2009. She is coordinating and developing the Disability Monitor Initiative Middle East and responsible for its internal and external communication. In her role as advisor on inclusive development she provides technical support to CBM on Inclusive Development in the Middle East.

Narmine has more than 24 years of experience in direct association with international non-governmental organisations (INGO), United Nations programmes such as UNHCR, UNEP, UNDP, and international donor funded programs such as USAID, GTZ and World Bank.

She has also 13 years of international expertise as a consultant to the UN, USAID and various INGO agencies in social, technical and economical research and assessment, capacity building, public service reform, human rights advocacy, rights of persons with disabilities, community service projects, institutional strengthening, conflict resolution techniques, collaborative approaches for resolving water issues, consensus building and environmental programmes.
