Furthermore she was involved in a strategic approach to further extend CBM´s portfolio and work with multi- and bi-lateral donors.
In 2005, following CBM´s Tsunami relief work, she was offered a new assignment at CBM´s Asia Desk and gained experience with Regional Offices and partner programmes in the South Asia, South East Asia Pacific and Central East Asia regions.
During her work at the CBM Asia Desk Stefanie was involved in strategic projects such as the development of an emergency relief concept for CBM and the development of a Project Management Cycle (PCM) approach for CBM. She was involved in writing the PCM Manual for CBM to mainstream PCM throughout the CBM family.
