Rudolf Czikl, an agricultural engineer from southern Germany, first worked at CBM Head Office in Bensheim before taking on the post of Regional Representative for Central Africa in 2001. His countries of assignment include the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda.
In 2004, he and his team looked after more than 60 projects in nine countries. Apart from attending to existing CBM-supported projects, his tasks include planning new programmes and assessing applications and project proposals.
