| Project Information: | Titilagarh, district Balangir, Orissa, about 240 kms from Raipur airport, in the western part of Orissa. Population is predominantly tribal and amongst the poorest in the country. Managed by the Services Centre for the Disabled, it was founded by Mr. Babin, a Canadian special teacher. The project provides vocational training and schooling facilities for blind, deaf, mentally retarded and physically handicapped children. Services benefit many children in this backward area. |
