| Project Information: |
Khurai, district Sagar in Madhya Pradesh, about 200 kms from Bhopal airport managed by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Madhya Pradesh (ELC in MP). A general hospital where CBM supports comprehensive community eye care services through the eye department. It is located in a tobacco and wheat growing belt and the farmers are wealthy. However, the landless agricultural labour are either tribals or migrants who are extremely poor and backward. Most eye care work is through outreach services. |
