100 years of committed team

“The question of co-workers is very important for every mission. Employees are constant source of conversation among Europeans in the Middle East. There is no end of the complaints about the unreliability, dishonesty and laziness of staff. What was the secret that made us satisfied with our co-workers? We saw our staff as individuals not as paid employees.”
Ernst Jakob Christoffel in Thüne, 2000
Today’s achievements of CBM as an international disability and development organisation could not have been accomplished without its dedicated and qualified co-workers. Even if CBM does not implement but rather supports projects that are run by local partner organisations, some CBM international co-workers work locally providing professional assistance to project staff and other specialists in the country and advising partner organisations and their projects and give professional recommendations in accordance with CBM’s policies.

On the following pages you can find out more about the co-workers, for example where are they from, where are they based or what their works is like on a daily basis.
