The trained specialists pass on their knowledge to further generations of healthcarel, educational, or rehabilitation staff. This leads to a multiplying and long-lasting effect and thus contributes to the sustainability of CBM’s work.

  • Capacity building and the enablement of CBM’s partner organisations is enhanced by further training by CBM coworkers.
  • The quality of services is ensured in accordance with the latest developments in CBM's policies.

Global Recruiting

CBM aims to be a truly global organisation. Therefore, it is a major goal of CBM to further enhance the percentage of staff being hired in developing countries.
