NGO Asociación Pro-Hogar de Parálisis Cerebral is a comprehensive centre for children and adults with severe cerebral palsy from very poor families.
The association runs a day care centre and pre-school, provides medical treatment as well as vocational training. Emphasis is given to parents' involvement in the educational programme.
The association appeals to human rights of persons with disabilities and provides spaces that enable them to develop their skills according to individual capacities, while respecting their dignity and cultural values.
