The Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) programme provides nationwide rehabilitation, education, advocacy and networking services for persons with disabilities. It works in close collaboration with 'Belize Council for the Visually Impaired (BCVI) ' and local DPO's. In 2008, 229 people were helped.
