This CBR project grew out of 'House Without Steps' a large vocational training and production centre for persons with disability in Rizal province, east of Metro Manila.
The CBR work focuses on children with physical disability but is now diversifying into other disabilities. Therapy is given by affiliated physiotherapy (PT) interns as part of their practical training; quality of PT services is high.
Income from PT-training programme provides a substantial source of funding for the CBR service.
