China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF) is located in Beijing, capital of China. As the unified organization of and for over 60 million persons with various categories of disabilities in China.

CDPF's aims to promote humanitarianism, protect the human rights of persons with disabilities, ensure their equal participation in society, contribution to economic growth and social development as well as their equal share in the material and cultural achievements of the society.

This project was developed basing on successful cooperation of Orientation and Mobility (O&M) programme and CBM's Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) experience in China. International CBR concept will be promoted through to project to improve the accessibility of persons with disabilities to education, health, livelihood and social participation. New CBR guideline will be also introduced to Disabled Persons' Federation (DPFs) at different level through network of CDPF.
