Rehabilitation Programme for People with Special Needs is a comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) programme run by catholic nuns, an order of Sisters, Daughters of Charity.

The project is implemented in Loei province, 520 km North East of Bangkok, working with persons with all types of disabilities through village volunteers in rehabilitation, early identification, livelihood activities, promoting rights of persons with disabilities, strengthening community involvement and networking with other stakeholders, including the National CBR programme.
