This project is located in Naga City, a one hour plane trip Southeast of Manila, in Bicol region.
Its centre based facility provides educational services, physical rehabilitation facilities and livelihood projects for children and youth with special needs. Recently the project started its community based rehabilitation programmes in neighbouring municipalities of the Northern part of Camarines Sur province.
Village health workers, volunteers and parents are trained in identification, referral and rehabilitation of children with disabilities. The project has also a strong partnership with the local government.
