CBM Jordan invites qualified law firms to submit proposals for the provision of legal advisory services. The selected firm will support CBM Jordan in ensuring compliance with national laws and regulations, particularly those governing NGOs under the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD).

Scope of Services Includes:

• Legal compliance advisory for NGO operations in Jordan
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, and legal correspondence
• Representation before Jordanian authorities
• Guidance on data protection and legal risk management
• Monitoring legal and regulatory changes
• Support in dispute resolution and legal negotiations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legally registered law firm with a valid business license in Jordan
• Lead counsel licensed to practice law in Jordan
• Minimum 10 years’ experience advising NGOs/INGOs

Key Dates:

• Submission Deadline: 22 November 2025, 17:00 (Jordan time)
• Shortlist Notification: 30 November 2025
• Interviews: 7–14 December 2025
• Contract Start Date: 01 January 2026
