CBM is seeking a qualified consultant/team to conduct the final evaluation of the "Disability-Inclusive Humanitarian Action for Displaced Populations and Host Communities" project, which focuses on health and protection sectors in West and Central Africa. The evaluation will cover project activities in DR Congo, Cameroon, Nigeria, and Niger. Please download the full ToR here.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project achievements and non-achievements.
• Assess relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and inclusiveness.
• Provide lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.
• Use mixed methods: participatory, disability-inclusive, and gender-sensitive.

 Requirements:

• Extensive experience in humanitarian aid, disability inclusion, and evaluations.
• Familiarity with West and Central African contexts.
• Fluency in English and French.
